Process Technician

Schedule:

Rotating 12-hour schedule (4 days on, 4 days off; rotating days and nights; 6:00 AM / 6:00 PM start)

Process Technicians are at the heart of our manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for safely operating production equipment, monitoring manufacturing processes, maintaining product quality, and supporting efficient, continuous production. Through cross-training across multiple production areas, Production Technicians help create a flexible, high-performing workforce that supports the long-term success of our Martinsville operation.

• Safely operate production equipment and manufacturing processes while following established operating procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Monitor equipment performance, process conditions, and product quality, identifying and reporting abnormalities or equipment concerns.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic operator care to support safe, reliable production.
• Transport, stage, load, unload, and move raw materials, work-in-process, finished goods, and production supplies using approved material handling equipment.
• Collect production samples and assist with quality control activities.
• Maintain accurate production records, operating logs, inspections, and other required manufacturing documentation.
• Support equipment startups, shutdowns, changeovers, cleaning activities, and other production support functions.
• Participate in cross-training to develop proficiency across multiple production processes and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, maintenance, laboratory, and other team members while supporting continuous improvement and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical, vocational, or trade school training in manufacturing, industrial technology, mechanical systems, welding, electrical systems, or a related field is a plus.
