Nathan Trotter & Co. is seeking motivated Process Technicians to join our new Martinsville, Virginia manufacturing facility. This role offers hands-on experience operating specialized equipment and learning advanced production processes in a collaborative team environment.
We provide cross-training across multiple production areas, with a rotating 12-hour schedule (4 days on, 4 days off). A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are valued as we build a world-class operation in Martinsville.
