We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who thrives on making a difference in patients' lives. This is a 7 On and 7 Off Schedule, full-time opportunity while working half a year providing care in post-acute and skilled nursing settings.
You'll have the flexibility to start your day between 7:00–8:30 a.m., and after completing rounds, you'll have the option to finish documentation from home — giving you the autonomy and balance you deserve

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate, assess, and deliver high-quality patient care
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff, physicians, and facility leadership
- Conduct daily patient rounds and contribute to care decisions
- Write orders, manage documentation, and coordinate diagnostics
- Maintain accurate EMR notes and billing documentation
- Provide education and communication to patients, families, and teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Organized, flexible, and self-driven
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Effective time management with ability to prioritize and delegate
- Active Nurse Practitioner License (Required)
- Current DEA Certification (Required)
- 1+ year of NP experience preferred
- Prior nursing background in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, ICU, Emergency, Hospitalist, or General Practice preferred
- 7 on and 7 off
- 8-hour day shift, option to finish documentation from home
