Travel Registered Nurse Emergency Room jobs at the facility in Martinsville, VA let you provide patient-centered care in a collaborative emergency department. You will triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages, document care in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and coordinate with the care team. Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active Virginia RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or Handle with Care, National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIH), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification.
Experience in emergency room settings is preferred. Recommended skills include strong communication, adaptability, and experience in fast-paced environments.
