This role provides direct oversight of 4 Nursing Supervisors while helping drive clinical excellence, team development, operational success, and quality patient care across our Private Duty Nursing division.

Active MO RN license required.
IL RN license is a plus.
Leadership Or Supervisory Experience RequiredPDN or pediatric experience required.
Strong communication and operational leadership skills.
