We are seeking a new team member to join our Accounting department. The Accounting Clerk supports daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable tasks. This role requires attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Process vendor invoices and support accounts payable
• Assist with accounts receivable and invoice tracking
• Support job cost tracking and data entry
• Process credit memos and maintain supporting documentation
• Assist with account reconciliations and month‑end close
• Communicate with internal departments to obtain documentation

• 1–2 years of accounting, AP, or AR experience preferred
• Basic accounting knowledge
• ERP experience preferred;
  Net Suite a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Clear, professional communication
• Sense of urgency and accountability

Salary: $21-$23 Per Hour
