• Tax Associates / Staff Tax Accountants
• Senior Tax Associates / Senior Staff Accountants
• Tax Managers / Senior Managers

• Preparing and/or reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns.
• Conducting tax research and advising clients on tax planning strategies.
• Leading or supporting client engagements and coordinating with internal teams.
• Mentoring junior staff and contributing to team development.
• Engaging in meaningful projects that make a difference.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or EA certification (or working toward certification).
• Experience preparing and/or reviewing tax returns.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• A team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.

• Knowledge of current federal, state, and local tax laws.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Experience with tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, Pro System fx, Quick Books, etc.) is a plus.
• A commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
