Accounts Payable AnalystJob Summary
The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and responding to accounts payable inquiries. This role ensures compliance with company policies and supports month-end financial activities.
Key Responsibilities- Process and reconcile vendor invoices and accounts payable transactions
- Verify invoice accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate financial records
- Allocate expenses to appropriate accounts and cost centers
- Monitor facility purchasing card activity for compliance
- Generate monthly accruals and support month-end reporting
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two (2) years of accounts payable or related administrative experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general PC applications
Monday through Friday at the corporate office for the first 90 days of employment. After 90 days, the in-effect corporate office schedule will apply.
Compensation and BenefitsHourly Rate: $21 per hour... PLUS
