Payroll & Compliance Specialist
At Panda Exteriors, payroll is about more than processing paychecks. We’re looking for someone who owns the payroll process end to end — and who can do it in a fast-moving business where information is not always complete, priorities shift, and the answer isn’t always sitting in a policy manual.
This role owns payroll from start to finish — not just processing payroll, but validating compensation, ensuring compliance, resolving discrepancies, and partnering with HR, Finance, and Operations so every payment is accurate. Some weeks the inputs arrive clean and on time. Other weeks a commission structure changes mid-cycle, an invoice doesn’t match the work order, or a process that worked last quarter needs to be rebuilt.
We need someone who can hold the standard steady while the ground moves.
If you’re naturally curious, highly organized, and can make a well‑reasoned call when the picture is incomplete, we’d love to meet you.
ScheduleThis is a full‑time, in‑office position working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
