Join a well-established construction company in White Marsh that is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Accountant. This is an opportunity to take ownership of critical accounting and administrative functions while working alongside leadership in a collaborative, team-first culture.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Enter and process invoices accurately and efficiently
• Support job costing and project accounting activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end activities
• Utilize Excel to track data, reconcile information, and improve reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve processes using established SOPs and playbooks

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of accounting, AP/AR, or construction accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Strong Excel knowledge
• Sage accounting experience is preferred but can be taught
• Experience with Pro Core, Textura, or other construction software is a plus
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
