You'll work alongside an experienced Accounting team and help keep the everyday financial operations of our business running smoothly.
You don't need to know everything on Day One.

What You'll DoAs an Accounting Administrator at Seaside Plumbing, you'll support the day-to-day accounting and administrative functions of our business.
You will:- Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time
- Batch and process invoices
- Enter and maintain financial information in Quick Books and spreadsheets
- Process field tickets, update account notes, and help identify discrepancies
- Maintain customer memberships and recurring service information
- Record and reconcile cash receipts and account adjustments
- Assist with maintaining accurate accounting records and documentation
- Provide administrative support during payroll processing
- Help maintain accounting spreadsheets and routine reports
- Research discrepancies and work with the Accounting team to resolve them
- Provide backup support for other Accounting team functions as you become trained
- Learn and follow established accounting procedures and internal controls
- Help identify opportunities to make everyday processes more organized and efficient
As you grow in the position, you'll have opportunities to learn additional accounting functions and take on greater responsibility.
