* * Opportunity: CACI International Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Program Operations Analyst/Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team in support of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) located in Patuxent River, MD. Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
* Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various office functions, including CDRL (Contract Data Requirements List) delivery receipt.
* Manage office management tasks such as ordering supplies, coordinating with building management, and ensuring the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
* Support the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. Program Management:
* Update and maintain all program trackers to ensure accurate planning for efforts across the program
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
* Create dashboards and reports to visualize data and present findings to stakeholders Documentation and Reporting:
* Analyze, develop, and design documentation for projects to perform activities in support of customer requirements.
* Gather and distribute information to subcontractors and service providers by initiating, preparing, and reviewing all requested documentation.
* Assist in the preparation of monthly owner project status reports, as required. Meetings and Communication:
* Attend project meetings as requested
* Communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Process Improvement:
* Identify areas for process improvement and efficiencies within operations
* Document analysis and control Executive Assistant Duties:
* Provide high-level administrative support to executives as needed
* Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence
* Assist with special projects and ad-hoc request from leadership Additional Duties:
* Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in operation management or a related field, with some executive assistant experience.
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
* Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) Must have an Active Secret clearance
* Ability to work in excel fluently as well as other Microsoft applications
* Excellent technical writing and data presentation skills
* Ability to think analytically and independently
* Team orientation
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Clear and effective oral and written communication skills
* Ability to present data and findings to non-technical stakeholders
* Capability to work on multiple projects concurrently. More

The selected individual must be a self-starter, capable of working with minimal oversight and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner. This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available.
