We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated professional to support title and closing operations within a fast-paced real estate environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously, and a team-oriented mindset. This role requires someone who can effectively prioritize tasks, communicate professionally with clients and lenders, and maintain accuracy throughout the closing process.
Title& Closing Coordination
- Send complete title packages to lenders in a timely manner
- Perform title curative work and resolve title-related issues
- Obtain payoffs, HOA information, and required closing documentation
- Prepare title and settlement documents for closing transactions
- Prepare Closing Disclosures and ALTA Settlement Statements in coordination with lenders
- Balance files prior to closing to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Respond professionally and effectively to inquiries regarding the closing process
- Monitor and manage a general email inbox
- Perform filing, scanning, and additional administrative duties as needed
- Maintain organized and accurate transaction records and documentation
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience within title, escrow, or real estate environments
- Working knowledge of Closing Disclosure documents preferred
- Experience managing high-volume workloads within fast-paced environments and tight deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Qualia required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive interpersonal and customer service skills
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and transition between multiple files efficiently
