This is your opportunity to be a vital part of a dynamic team where your contributions will directly support the success of our client and help streamline operations.

What You’ll Do:
  • Be the Face of the Office:
    Greet visitors with a warm, welcoming attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Master of Communications:
    Manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide helpful information to the public and staff.
  • Keep Things Running Smoothly:
    Sort, distribute, and track incoming mail and documents with precision and efficiency.
  • Manage Documentation:
    Type, edit, and format professional correspondence and documents to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Technical Support:
    Operate a variety of office tools, from computers to photocopiers to fax machines, and manage data entry with ease.
  • Problem Solver:
    Handle inquiries, assist with work requests, and maintain organized filing systems that keep everything in order.
  • Collaborate & Contribute:
    Work closely with a fantastic team of professionals, while keeping a proactive, independent mindset.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma and 1+ years of office support experience
  • Proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office applications, with a sharp eye for detail and excellent editing skills
  • Customer service expertise with the ability to create positive experiences for clients, visitors, and colleagues alike
  • Adaptability to connect with diverse personalities and situations, while maintaining a professional, friendly approach
  • The ability to manage stress with grace, keeping cool in high-pressure situations
  • Self-motivation and a knack for staying organized, managing your time and tasks with minimal supervision
  • A friendly, approachable demeanor that makes everyone feel welcome and valued
