Sylvan is looking for a part‑time Center Admin Assistant. The Center Admin Assistant will lead day‑to‑day administrative tasks in the Center, including phone reception, word processing, data entry, filing, market research, and other administrative duties. The role provides a positive first impression for potential and existing customers, fields calls, schedules appointments, and coordinates community and school marketing events.
Skills & Experience- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience with office management a plus
