Oaklands Presbyterian Church seeks a reliable, organized part-time Office Manager to support church communications, administration, and building operations in a welcoming, community-oriented environment.
- 13 hours/week
- $19.68/hour | Part-time, nonexempt
- Reports to Pastor/Head of Staff
- Provide a welcoming on-site office presence
- Manage church communications, including phone, email, social media messages, and preparation of a weekly email newsletter
- Process invoices and expense documentation; maintain organized digital records
- Support building operations and renter coordination, including scheduling and communication
- Create and schedule basic social media content;
Canva or similar tools preferred - Maintain church website, directory, calendars, and records
- Provide general administrative support to the Pastor/Head of Staff and church leadership
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfort with Google Workspace and basic office technology
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Prior administrative or office experience preferred
