Office Assistant

LHH is partnering with a property management company in Hunt Valley is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis, with strong potential for permanent hire. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys providing essential support across daily operations.

Job Title:

Administrative Office Assistant (Temp-to-Perm)

Location:

Hunt Valley, MD

Pay Rate: $20-$23 per hour

Schedule:

Full-time hours, Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner

* Handle tenant and client inquiries, including maintenance requests

* Coordinate and log maintenance work orders

* Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team

* Maintain organized records and documentation

* Assist with scheduling, data entry, and office coordination tasks

* Support property managers with day-to-day operational needs

Qualifications:

* Previous administrative or office support experience preferred

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
