Job Title:
Front Desk Receptionist

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This individual will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while managing front desk operations, handling communications, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and lobby area
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Coordinate conference room bookings and assist with meeting setup
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Handle basic inquiries and direct more complex requests to appropriate staff
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
