LHH is partnering with a property management company in Hunt Valley to identify a reliable and organized Office Coordinator for a temporary opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys providing critical support across daily operations. The Office Coordinator will oversee front-office responsibilities, manage administrative functions, and provide direct support to an executive, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
Job Title: Office Coordinator
Location: Hunt Valley, MD
Pay Rate: $22–$24 per hour
Schedule: Full-time hours, Monday–Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Handle tenant and client inquiries, including maintenance requests
- Coordinate and log maintenance work orders
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and office coordination tasks
- Support property managers with day-to-day operational needs
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
