We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Summer Administrative & Marketing Intern to join our team!!! This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in office administration, marketing, and business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, scanning, and document organization.
- Answer phones and assist with general office communication.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining office records.
- Support marketing efforts by creating and posting content on social media platforms.
- Help develop marketing materials, flyers, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct basic market research and assist with community outreach initiatives.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a high school, college, or university program preferred.
- Hands-on experience in office administration and marketing.
- Exposure to business operations and professional office environments.
