Position: Program Assistant - Make an impact!
Location: Gambrills

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to support a respected organization dedicated to serving individuals with disabilities. This role works closely with case managers and program staff to provide administrative, documentation, and operational support that helps ensure high-quality services are delivered to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support case workers with documentation, reporting, and data entry
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organizational requirements
  • Assist with program administration and day-to-day office operations
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams, community partners, and stakeholders
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ years office experience
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Experience in healthcare, human services, nonprofit, or social services is a plus
Details
  • Pay: Up to $19 per hour
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:00pm
  • Location: 100% onsite
  • Type: Temp-to-Perm
