This is a full‑time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The office manager will work Monday to Friday during regular business hours.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and providing administrative support to our team. They will ensure the smooth functioning of our office, maintain office supplies, and manage office‑related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well‑stocked at all times
  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the office space
  • Manage office budgets and expenses
  • Prepare and submit reports, invoices, and other documents as needed
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
  • Serve as the point of contact for vendors, clients, and other external parties
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
    Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in an office management or administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
