Administrative Coordinator

At Seaside Plumbing, we're not just fixing plumbing—we're restoring peace, uplifting lives, and raising the standard of what service in the trades looks like. We've built a company where people grow, customers trust us, and the bar is set high.

We believe:

  • Showing up matters
  • Reliability matters
  • Follow-through matters
  • Great teams are built by great people doing the little things right

Our success comes from having team members who take ownership, support one another, and care deeply about doing great work.

This is a high-accountability role where:

  • Reliability matters
  • Initiative matters
  • Organization matters
  • Follow-through matters

You'll support multiple areas of the business and help ensure important work gets completed accurately and on time.

If you're looking for a role where you only do the tasks you enjoy, need constant direction, or struggle to stay organized—this is not the place for you.

We are where the best come to become elite.

What You'll Do

  • Support general administrative and operational needs across the company
  • Assist with marketing and brand-related initiatives, including photos, video, and content support
  • Help coordinate company events and internal team initiatives
  • Assist with documentation, organization, and process support
  • Support accounting, HR, and operations teams with administrative tasks
  • Maintain organized task lists and ensure responsibilities are completed on time
  • Take ownership of assigned work and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Learn new systems, processes, and responsibilities as the company continues to grow
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the team

What Success Looks Like Here

  • Tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Team members can rely on you without needing reminders
  • Administrative work is organized and efficient
  • Details don't get missed
  • Projects move forward because of your support
  • You take ownership of outcomes, not just assignments
  • You consistently find ways to help the business run better
