** The anticipated range for this position is $22 - $25 / hourly plus discretionary performance-based bonus. Actual pay may vary based on experience, performance, and qualifications.

* What You’ll Do:

*** Serve as the ambassador for the patient experience, ensuring every patient feels valued and supported
* Manage the patient intake process, including completion of electronic or paper forms and accurate data entry
* Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth workflow between clinical and administrative teams
* Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment
* Monitor patient wait times and partner with the General Manager to ensure a seamless experience
* Answer and direct all incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
* Maintain and update the Center’s calendar to optimize operational efficiency
* Order and organize patient materials as needed
* Scan and upload documents into patient records
* Assist with outgoing shipments and general office organization
* Perform other duties as needed to support the Center’s success
** Skills and Experience We're Looking For:
*** Excellent organization and multitasking abilities, with strong communication skills
* Prior dental or medical office experience preferred
* Experience in patient admissions, scheduling, or treatment planning preferred
* Professional demeanor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment
* Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital record systems
* A team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support colleagues when needed
