Position: Clerical Suport Special sit with Security Clearance
Location: Southern Md Facility

Job Description
* Screen and review security forms for completeness, accuracy, required signatures, and supporting documentation
* Retrieve security forms and related records from designated physical and electronic repositories
* Print, scan, copy, and prepare security documentation in accordance with established procedures
* Index and upload security forms into approved databases, records-management systems, or shared repositories
* Organize and maintain electronic and hard-copy files using established naming conventions and filing standards
* Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information and route discrepancies to the appropriate security personnel for resolution
* Protect sensitive personnel and security information by following applicable access-control, privacy, handling, and records-retention requirements Required Skills
* High School Diploma or GED
* Experience working in an office, administrative, or records-management environment, preferably supporting security, HR, or personnel functions
* Proficiency with standard office software (MS Office Suite) and experience using electronic records or database systems for document upload and retrieval Desired Skills
* Working knowledge of records-management principles, including document indexing, filing conventions, and retention requirements
