Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a part-time, hybrid role based in Denton, MD. This role supports daily office operations, including answering phones, managing incoming and outgoing communications, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records. The Administrative Assistant will perform general clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping. This position may assist with basic executive administrative tasks, including preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and supporting leadership with administrative needs.
The role requires close collaboration with care staff and management to provide timely information, uphold confidentiality, and maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
- Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, organizing records, and managing office supplies.
- Candidates should demonstrate excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, families, and team members.
- Candidates should have experience or aptitude in Executive Administrative Assistance, such as scheduling, preparing documents, and supporting leadership with administrative tasks.
- Candidates should be proficient with basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and comfortable learning new systems.
- Candidates should be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in healthcare or home care settings is preferred but not required.
Salary Range: $17/hr
