Job Summary
The Operations Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to the Transportation Manager and department.
Job SummaryThe Operations Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to the Transportation Manager and department.
Responsibilities- Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
- Checks driver’s daily documentation.
- Verifies all CODs have been collected from customers.
- Monitors Department of Transportation (DOT) hours and reviews on XRS.
- Completes the Department of Transportation (DOT) hour spreadsheet.
- Reviews and monitors Drive Cam events.
- Completes payroll weekly.
- Assists with safety training, documentation and filing.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Transportation Manager.
High School Diploma or equivalent required
ExperienceOne year of administrative experience.
SkillsType and proficiency
Minimum Required- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Effective written & oral communication skills
- Strong 10-key skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work with all levels within the organization
Multi-tasking / prioritizing administrative tasks to complete timely
