Position Summary

The Education & Training Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to the Education and Career Technical Training departments. This position is responsible for maintaining student records, preparing reports, coordinating schedules, and ensuring departmental documentation is accurate, organized, and compliant with Job Corps and Department of Labor requirements.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to department leadership
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and confidential documents
  • Track and maintain Center reports, requests, and contract deliverables
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate communications, and assist visitors
  • Maintain Job Corps and Company systems, databases, and records
  • Organize files and ensure accurate documentation
  • Support special projects and assist other departments as needed
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
  • Collaborate with staff across departments to support daily operations
Work Schedule

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Weekends:
Saturday & Sunday Off

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One (1) to three (3) years of administrative, clerical, school office, or education support experience preferred.
  • Associate degree or business/office administration certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
