Receptionist, Administrative​/Clerical

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in Kingsville, MD. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as needed.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Provide general support to staff and management as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

This position is based in our Kingsville, MD office. The role requires standing or sitting for extended periods and interacting with visitors and staff throughout the day.
