• Recruit, train and develop a high‑performance sales team through accountability and management principles.
• Supervise training, development, discipline and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees.
• Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction.
• Review forecasting of unit sales and gross profit.
• Oversee management of new and used vehicle operations.

• Strong organizational and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to multi‑task and juggle multiple items simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proven and verifiable track record of high CSI and sales volume.
• Long‑term stability in previous employment.
• Product knowledge and passion for being involved in the deal, not just an administrator.
