• Competitive flat‑rate compensation. Base pay ranges are $27.07‑$34.54 hourly for A Technicians, $24.15‑$30.83 for B Technicians, and $18.78‑$24.02 for C Technicians, with billable‑week guarantees.
• Productivity Incentive Bonus: Earn up to $1,100 per month.
• Full‑time schedule: 5 days a week, typically Monday, Friday & Saturday. Sundays off and another day off per week based on business needs.

• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of specialized skills and continue to develop additional technical skills, enabling flexibility in work assignments.
• Properly maintain tools and equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Accurately perform repairs and maintenance on all vehicles as specified in manufacturer‑designed procedures or accepted industry practices.

• Ability to accurately repair vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment and provide technical guidance, based on prior experience as an automotive technician.
• ASE certifications or dealership certifications in diagnostics/repairs preferred, or willingness to obtain within 12 months (paid by AAA).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment screenings (background, drug, fitness for duty).
• Authorized to work in the USA.
