Keene Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced Certified Mopar Technician to join our growing service department in Jarrettsville, MD. The ideal candidate is a factory-trained professional with current or previous Mopar (Stellantis) certifications who is passionate about diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep® and Ram vehicles. Perform accurate diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram vehicles. Complete warranty, recall, maintenance, and customer-pay repairs according to Stellantis repair procedures and dealership standards. Utilize Mopar diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service information to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues. Perform repairs on engines and engine performance, automatic and manual transmissions, suspension and steering systems, brake systems, HVAC systems, electrical and electronic systems, hybrid systems (if certified) & drivetrain and differential components Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings.

Accurately document repairs, labor operations, and diagnostic procedures. Maintain productivity while ensuring quality workmanship and first-time repair accuracy. Stay current on Stellantis technical bulletins, recalls, and factory training. Follow all dealership safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Collaborate with service advisors and team members to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications:

Current or previous Mopar (Stellantis) Technician Certification 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to use OEM diagnostic software and scan tools Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA and must be able to pass pre-employment requirements including drug test and background screen Apply today and become a member of the Keene Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram service team!
