Antwerpen Automotive is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team in Clarksville, MD. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and our automotive service team, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience. Responsibilities

* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
* Keep up-to-date with automotive products, services, and warranty information.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Basic understanding of automotive systems and repairs preferred.
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
