Preston Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor to join our service department. You will act as the liaison between technicians and customers, explaining recommendations and proposing maintenance to keep vehicles safe. You will take ownership of the customer experience and support service lane performance.
You will greet customers, walk around vehicles, estimate service times, and communicate status via preferred channels. A minimum of 3+ years’ experience and a valid license are required.
