• Diagnose vehicle problems accurately and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs on Nissan vehicles.
• Work efficiently to complete flat rate job assignments within allotted time frames.
• Maintain clean and safe work area following company policies and safety standards.
• Communicate with service advisors and customers regarding repairs and vehicle condition.
• Keep accurate records of labor and parts used for each job.

• Proven experience as an automotive technician or similar role, with Nissan vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical.
• Ability to work with flat rate labor guide and meet productivity goals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to work in Clarksville, MD.
