Our service department is growing with it, and we're looking for a fully certified EV technician who takes pride in quality work and wants to build a career with a premium brand.

What You'll Do- Diagnose, maintain, and repair Genesis and Hyundai vehicles, including full battery-electric and hybrid models
- Perform high-voltage system diagnostics and repairs following OEM safety protocols
- Complete multi-point inspections and document findings accurately
- Use factory-approved tools, equipment, and repair procedures
- Communicate clearly with service advisors on repair needs and recommendations
- Stay current with Genesis and Hyundai training, technology, and certification programs
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment and deliver the premium experience Genesis customers expect
- Current Hyundai or Genesis EV / high-voltage certification (required for the sign-on bonus)
- Hyundai or Genesis Master or Senior certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with modern scan tools and OEM software (GDS)
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a flat-rate environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliability, a positive attitude, and a commitment to doing it right the first time
- $50.00 per flagged hour plus productivity bonuses
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for technicians with verified Hyundai/Genesis EV certification at hire, paid over your first 12 months
