We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join LA Micro Group as a Junior Buyer, based full-time at our head office in Bracknell. This role is perfect for someone looking to step into the world of procurement and build a long-term career in a fast-paced, commercial environment within the IT hardware industry.

• Supporting the purchasing team with sourcing and ordering IT products (e.g. servers, components, networking equipment).
• Working with suppliers to track pricing, availability and delivery timelines.
• Processing purchase orders using our internal ERP system and ensuring accuracy.
• Assisting with stock management and identifying stock requirements.
• Helping maintain supplier records, quotations and reports.
• Liaising with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.

We don’t expect prior experience in purchasing — we’re more interested in the person behind the CV. You’ll be a great fit if you are:

• Eager to learn – You’re genuinely curious and excited to build new skills in a commercial environment.
• Detail-oriented – You have a strong sense of accuracy and like to work in an organised and structured way.
• Commercially aware – You understand the importance of value, timing and the impact purchasing has on a business.
• Good with numbers – Comfortable working with basic spreadsheets and confident handling data.
• Effective communicator – Able to speak clearly and professionally with colleagues and suppliers.
• Positive and reliable – You turn up on time, bring energy to the team and take responsibility for your work.
• Tech-savvy – An interest in IT hardware or technology is a plus, but not essential.
