Responsibilities:

* Lead an All-Star Team - Inspire and coordinate warehouse staff across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations.

* Become an Inventory Maestro - Monitor inventory levels with eagle-eye precision and maintain impeccable records in our warehouse management system

* Champion Workplace Safety - Conduct regular safety audits that identify potential hazards before they become problems, ensuring full OSHA compliance and implementing swift corrective actions

* Safety Culture Builder - Create and enforce robust safety protocols, including proper PPE usage and equipment handling procedures that keep everyone protected

* Efficiency Architect - Optimize warehouse layout to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs

* Talent Developer - Train, coach, and evaluate team members to unlock their full potential and maintain consistently high performance standards

* Cross-Departmental Collaborator - Work seamlessly with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure flawless order fulfillment

* Data-Driven Decision Maker - Prepare and analyze comprehensive reports on productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational performance.

* Problem Solver Extraordinaire - Quickly address and resolve issues related to damaged goods, discrepancies, or delays with creative solutions

* Internal Customer Champion - Supervise and coordinate shipments to internal remote customers with exceptional attention to detail

* Team Mentor - Provide guidance and training to help Associates grow their skills and advance their careers

* Resource Optimization Specialist - Strategically coordinate overtime needs to support manufacturing facilities while managing costs

* Materials Movement Coordinator - Ensure materials flow efficiently and timely between buildings to maintain operational continuity

Required Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* 5 years of experience in warehouse operations

* 1 year in a leadership role.

* 3 years SAP knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management and shipping and receiving.

* Domestic logistics and transportation experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Associate or bachelor's degree.

Knowledge and

Skills:

* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
