Are you a seasoned program professional who can operate confidently at the executive level while maintaining precision in financial execution and resource planning? We are seeking a Program Integrator Level 3 (PI3) to provide senior-level program, financial, and action-item support within a high-visibility customer environment.
This role requires the ability to engage directly with senior executives, translate complex financial and programmatic data into clear insights, and ensure disciplined execution across cost, schedule, and performance baselines.

Position OverviewThe PI3 will provide comprehensive program control, financial analysis, and executive reporting support to Government Program Managers (GPMs) and initiative leads. You will serve as a critical integrator - ensuring funding alignment, execution transparency, staffing visibility, and decision-ready reporting.
This role blends program management, financial oversight, contract tracking, and executive-level briefing support.
Key Responsibilities Executive-Level Action & Program SupportProvide action item support within a fast-paced executive environment.
Engage professionally with senior leadership and stakeholders.
Prepare point papers, briefing materials, executive charts, and decision-support documentation.
Support program and initiative status reviews through structured reporting and presentations.
Provide financial and summary reports at the program level to support funding allocation and tracking.
Recommend funding adjustments across contract staffing, facilities, and budgets.
Assist with development and monitoring of spend plans for both current fiscal year and out-years.
Track and report unfunded requirements in accordance with governing policies.
Support cost estimating efforts and monitor initiative outcomes during contract reviews.
Assist Program Managers in developing and refining:
Technical Task Orders (TTOs)
Statements of Work (SOWs)
Program Management Plans (PMPs)
Risk Management Plans
Acquisition Strategies
Technical justifications for competition decisions
Create and maintain program schedules.
Evaluate operational and technical alternatives.
Perform risk assessments and support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
Support contract action readiness and document tracking for acquisition milestones.
Ensure execution within approved cost, schedule, and performance baselines.
Utilize program management tools (e.g., Plan-It, MS Excel) to document and track program execution.
Monitor burn rates and funding projections across multiple contracts.
Identify execution risks and areas of concern, including funding delays or projected overruns.
The PI3 will develop recurring executive-level reporting, including:
Bi-weekly execution reports by program (funding status by appropriation and source)
Bi-weekly cost estimating and burn rate projections
Budget vs. projected cost variance analysis
Contracts funding run-out tracking and period of performance monitoring
Staffing reports for LOE contracts, including:
Current and projected staffing
Open positions and hiring status
Attrition metrics
Period-of-performance projections
Contract readiness schedules for active contract actions
Identification of execution risks and funding shortfalls
Strong data visualization skills are essential. You will leverage MS Excel (pivot tables, slicers, pivot charts) to present complex financial and program data clearly and effectively.
Required QualificationsTwelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in:
Federal program management
Contract management
Financial management
Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline required.
In lieu of degree:
PMP, CFCM, or DAWIA Level III certification plus fifteen (15) total years of directly related experience may be substituted.
Without certification, eighteen (18) years of directly related experience may be substituted.
Additional Requirements:
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, slicers, pivot charts required).
Demonstrated experience preparing executive-level financial and program status briefings.
Experience supporting structured, deadline-driven environments.
Preferred:
Familiarity with Plan-It or comparable program tracking tools.
Executive presence and polished communication skills
