  • Experience/Qualifications
    • Minimum five years of direct experience as Business Analyst/ Business Process Analyst
    • Demonstrated prior Business Process Management (BPM) experience
    • Bachelors’ degree required; higher degree preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (for example, computer science) or in English, Professional Writing, or another language-related field
    • Experience writing technical documentation
    • Excellent writing skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact frequently with technical research and development personnel
    • Ability to work productively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
    • Ability to problem solve and work independently with minimal supervision
    • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
    • Expert in Use Case creation and analysis
