About This Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

+ Assisting in a variety of administrative duties for government, commercial and international contracts, proposals, contract review, and contract closeout

+ Preparing and coordinating internal and external business correspondence

+ Maintaining accurate and complete contract files and records for the company

+ Performing tasks in support both internal and external audit teams

+ Reviewing and processing Non Disclosure Agreements

+ Performing other contract related duties as assigned

Qualifications

+ Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor's degree in a Business degree  including Business Administration, Accounting, Finance and Economics , legal studies, or other related degree fields

+ Ability to work directly with a team and to work independently to utilize research techniques to resolve issues, recognize potential and existing problems/challenges, and make timely decisions to ensure their resolution

+ Strong ethics, values and integrity

+ Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate multiple work assignments, and meet critical deadlines

+ Strong written and oral communication skills

+ This position requires an individual to be a U S citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance
