What You’ll Be DoingAs a Rent Collection Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the monthly rent collection process. This includes sending out small balance letters, keeping detailed notes regarding overdue accounts, and preparing for eviction. You’ll work directly with residents to resolve overdue payments and maintain organized records.

Excellent Base Pay : $25.00 - $28.00/hour
- 20% Rent Discount
$100 New Lease Commissions
Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)
