SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Sales Ops Business Enablement Sr Mgr at our Newtown Square, PA location to be responsible for the successful planning, preparation, and execution of SAP's state-of-the-art global sales trainee program.
Expectations and Tasks- Lead a team of senior faculty members to develop and deliver impactful and engaging internal sales training (both virtual and in-person).
- Support faculty members in professional development, identify areas for enhancement, and promote knowledge exchange within the team.
- Drive continuous strategic program development, utilize faculty feedback to refine program content and teaching methods.
- Foster cross-team collaboration, identify synergies between different internal business units to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
- Work with business stakeholders in SAP's Customer Success organization to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of the training.
- Coordinate with the operations team to optimize scheduling, analytics, and software tools for seamless program execution.
- Oversee planning and logistics for both virtual and in-person training sessions in San Ramon, CA, accommodating participants from diverse international locations.
- Implement a structured evaluation process for participants, including role plays, and conduct calibration sessions for consistent scoring across all regions.
- Manage a set of more than 10 different third‑party vendors strategically selected to complement the program curriculum, with an annual third‑party budget exceeding $750k USD.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing or a related field of study and ten (10) years of progressive post‑baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing or a related field of study and eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skillsand Competencies Experience
- Experience must involve three (3) years in the following:
- Business software application and cloud solutions coverage, Sales processes and techniques, within relevant global markets.
- Sales planning, demand generation, deal qualification, value management, forecasting, and negotiation.
- Business software sales go‑to‑market strategies, including sales tactics, marketing efforts, and customer engagement practices; and
- SAP's product offerings, including features, benefits, and use cases.
- Experience must involve two (2) years in the following:
- Manage large‑scale corporate training programs for early talents, including planning, execution, and evaluation; and
- Create training materials with a focus on accelerated onboarding, (virtually & in‑person).

Compensation Range TransparencyThe annual base salary range for this position is $174,512 - $286,425. The targeted combined range for this position is $224,700 - $381,900. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon education, skills, experience, scope of the role, and location.
