Key Responsibilities

• Phone Outreach:
  Use provided tools and training to help resolve delinquent accounts for respected clients, including state governments, corporations, and other organizations.
• Negotiation and Payment Resolution:
  Apply analytical and persuasive skills to resolve accounts and support secure payment processing through our online payment portal.
• Compliance and Documentation:
  Maintain accurate, real-time account notes while following federal and state collection laws, required disclosures, and company compliance standards.
