** This position is contingent upon contract award
** Job Description and Responsibilities:
* Experience developing Acquisition Requirement Packages and contract strategies.
* Experience in establishing contract milestones in coordination with the requiring activity and the Army Contracting Command (ACC).
* Experience in document writing during the Integrated Product Team process. Participate with various milestone and programmatic reviews.
* Act as a liaison between the PMs and ACC.
* Experience with risk analysis on contracting milestones.
* Subject matter expertise in impacts of new contracting regulations/guidance.
* Ability to initiate acquisition strategies and plans. Experience developing, maintaining and tracking acquisition program baseline documents.
* Ability to initiate long range plans and program accomplishments relating to program objectives, taking into account any known or potential budgetary, schedule or technical constraints.
* Knowledgeable with DoDI 5000.02 and all acquisition streamlining reform initiatives.

Qualifications:

* A minimum of ten (10) years experience as an Acquisition Specialist is required
* Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting
* Substitutions:
Four (4) additional years of related experience will substitute for Bachelor's degree About Semper Valens Solutions:
