Administrative​/Technical Specialist

Duties

You will collaborate with multiple Warfare Center sites, Headquarters, and other activities — including the Navy ERP Business Office (NEBO), the Warfare Center Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW/EDC) team, and DON Financial Management and Systems (FMS).

You will develop, implement, and automate strategic financial processes, reporting requirements, and dynamic dashboards.

You will partner with accounting, budget, employee services, and audit teams to perform data integrity reviews, identify discrepancies, provide recommendations for corrective actions, and improve system and process performance.

You will analyze financial trends and anomalies, develop predictive and statistical models to support forecasting and decision making.

You will interpret policy impact on financial systems, and design functional requirements for new or enhanced automated solutions.

You will communicate complex technical and financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, develop data visualizations and dashboards to support executive decision-making.

You will recommend strategic courses of action to senior leadership, and provide validated reports, procedures, methods, and desk guides to ensure command-wide alignment and effective financial management.
