* Buy merchandise or commodities, including both durable and non-durable goods.
* Analyze past buying trends, sales records, price, and quality of merchandise to determine value and yield.
* Select, order, and authorize payment for merchandise according to contractual agreements. Qualifications
* High school diploma / GED plus 3 years' experience.
* Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, or military experience E3 and up.
