• Evaluate operational efficiencies across all departments.
• Strengthen scheduling, communication and accountability systems.
• Coach managers and service providers to improve guest experience, productivity and retail performance.

• Help drive continued revenue growth while maintaining our luxury standards.
• Improve team engagement, guest satisfaction and operational consistency.
• Develop future leaders within the organization.

• Lead daily salon and spa operations with confidence and professionalism.
• Spend approximately 80% of your day actively on the floor supporting guests and team members.
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization and presentation throughout the facility.
• Coach, mentor and develop service providers, guest relations and department leaders.
• Monitor KPIs including productivity, retention, retail sales, pre-booking, guest satisfaction and payroll.
• Manage schedules, staffing levels and operational efficiency.
• Oversee inventory, ordering and vendor relationships.
• Ensure company policies and SOPs are consistently followed.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Conduct accountability conversations promptly, respectfully and effectively.
• Collaborate closely with ownership to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
• Lead by example every day.
