* The Opportunity:

* The Property Manager is responsible for the storage and accountability of government assets. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and GCSS-ARMY.The Property Manager will develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Will manage sensitive/classified item inventory to ensure compliance with the GFE Turn-in process

** Responsibilities:*
* + Responsible for the storage and accountability of 5,200 government assets.

+ Utilizes ASTS and is familiar with similar inventory management software.

+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

+ Knowledge of the GFE Turn-in process.

+ Strong GCSS-ARMY knowledge.

+ Develops, maintains, and collaborates on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

+ Manages sensitive/classified item inventory.

* Qualifications:

* + Bachelor's degree in Logistics,Business Administration or a related field preferred.

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.

+ Certification in inventory management or other related certifications is a plus.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Frequent sitting, standing, and bending.

+ Strong organizational skills.

+ Strong communication skills.
