ABOUTTHE ROLE
As a Proposal Coordinator, you start your day monitoring procurement portals (like SAM.gov), identifying opportunities, and gathering information for the day's priorities. From crafting compliance matrices to collaborating with internal teams to develop winning proposal content, you ensure every submission is professional and timely. As the go-to liaison for stakeholders, you lead kickoff meetings, track progress, and keep the process organized from start to finish.
By day's end, you've updated the proposal pipeline and delivered actionable insights from your market research.
Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
- 2+ years of experience in proposal coordination, market research, or a related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools
- Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, with a knack for managing multiple projects
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Familiarity with government RFPs, RFIs, and SSNs
- Experience with procurement platforms like SAM.gov
All New Hires will be hired as a Contractor for the first 90 days and lack benefits until conversion and employment review.
